Our mission at GF Planet is to populate the earth with gluten-free restaurants, gluten-free baked goods, celiac-friendly businesses, and people who are sensitive to our sensitivities. The best way to do that is to form strong and loyal communities of celiacs (The Celiac Army) who can act together in a united effort to bring about positive change. Positive change for us means being able to go into any restaurant or grocery market and find safe, delicious food to eat. It means manufacturers producing quality gluten-free foods that are affordable, widely available, and taste great. It means being able to find health care providers who know about celiac disease and can advise us appropriately, so that no one has to suffer for years without a diagnosis.
